防靜電合成石是由玻璃纖維和環(huán)氧樹脂等制成的復(fù)合材料。在260-280℃的間接高溫環(huán)境中具有較好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性、耐腐蝕性、低導(dǎo)熱性、防靜電性、不易燃性。適合SMT波峰焊工藝中的焊接保護(hù)載具之用。使用中易加工、不破裂、不脫層、不起毛、不刺激人體，可按使用規(guī)格任意裁切鉆孔開槽，易于在CNC機(jī)床的快速加工和避免過度損傷刀具。我們是國內(nèi)具備全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的制造企業(yè)，產(chǎn)品批次長期穩(wěn)定，避免了手工制造的氣孔、變形、開層等不良問題。
